DigiOps is hosted on dedicated servers provided by AzeHosting, located at Hetzner Online's certified data center in Falkenstein, Germany. Hetzner is an internationally recognized hosting provider with a strong focus on compliance and security.

Hetzner Online GmbH is certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001, one of the most rigorous international standards for information security. This certification verifies that an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS) is implemented across Hetzner's data center parks.

Hetzner guarantees 99.9% uptime across its hosting infrastructure. While scheduled maintenance or updates may occasionally impact availability, we strive to minimize disruptions and inform users in advance when possible.

All data on DigiOps is continuously and automatically backed up. Backups are stored securely and can be restored in the event of data loss, technical failure, or other incidents. These backups are stored on physically separate infrastructure, ensuring redundancy and disaster recovery capabilities.
